In BCJP, battle cat is used as the name of evolved axe cat, which we know as brave cat. Due to obvious reasons, they cant use this name again as a title. The title of BCJP, , translates to nyanko large war when translated by google translate because of the character order and how they mean slightly different things put together. Alone, the characters  mean big/large and  means war, and  is just slang for cat, something like when we use kitty. However, put together, it has a closer meaning to "great kitty war" because now,  is used to describe the war, which in this case means a very big scale war. Due to the different ordering of words in japanese and english, it just gets translated character by character, hence the translation" nyanko large war".

The plot of The Battle Cats takes place across four main story sagas, three subchapter sagas in the Legends Stages, and various miscellaneous stages. Dialogue in the form of scrolling text before and after the completion of Chapters, unit and enemy descriptions, and battles during gameplay provide most of the game's lore and story.

The story begins in the chapter Empire of Cats (commonly shortened to EoC), where an army of "Battle Cats" travel the globe to conquer its nations. Their inferred creator/leader is the fictional deity, The Cat God,[4] who can be unlocked as a power-up early on in the story and as a unit upon further progression in the story. Throughout EoC, the Cat army battles across various countries and cities to take over the world and recruits special units known as Legend units. These units are akin to mythical beings known as "The Heroes of Legend", who were ancient warriors that wielded immense power. After conquering Earth, the Cats finish off resistance to their rule by conquering the Moon and obtaining a time machine.

The second main story saga of the game, Into the Future (shortened to ItF), revolves around the time machine the Cats obtained at the end of Empire of Cats. Upon using the device, they are suddenly transported to the year 29XX and find that Aliens have taken over Earth. The Cats fight across new locations, including the aliens' Floating Continent and Great Abyss, and battle brand-new enemies to reconquer the world. After driving the alien forces off the planet, the Cats arrive on the moon, as they had during EoC. However, this time they face corrupted versions of the Legend units they had recruited during EoC. After defeating these powerful doppelgangers, their Legend units unlock their true forms, granting them more power and new abilities. The saga ends with the Cat army deciding to build a rocket to venture further into space and continue the fight against their alien adversaries.

The third main saga of the game, Cats of the Cosmos (often shortened to CotC), begins with the Cat army invading the cosmos, presumably using the rocket they built at the end of ItF. However, the Aliens they find out in space are unlike those on Earth, as their power is enhanced with stars and they have the ability to warp Cat units away as well as damage-nullifying barriers. The Cats battle these new opponents across the solar system and continue to venture further into the galaxy. Eventually, they arrive at an explosion in space known as "The Big Bang", where they encounter and fight the Cat God himself. After defeating him and his hordes of Starred Aliens, Cat God reveals that he had been the narrator throughout CotC and that despite his appearance as an ancient deity, he is in fact only around 20 years old. After the cats and Alien forces come to a pseudo-ceasefire, Cat God declares that the cats should move onward to the Realm of Legends. However, a strange force known as Filibuster Obstructa arrives from outside the galaxy, and is an entity of chaos and destruction serving as the final test for the Cat Army in their conquest of the Cosmos.

Upon reaching Norway and destroying half of the altars located in the Aku Realms, they find a large mountain called "Mount Aku" in this world's Scandinavia. Upon venturing up the mountain, Mamon attacks them, and they face him with only half their strength. Eventually, the Cats prevail and force Mamon to retreat, but he flees with the crystal of awakening; the last component needed to awaken Jagando. The Cats finish destroying all the altars on Earth and travel to the Moon to destroy the last altar and confront Mamon. With Mamon's defeat, the last altar is seized, and the Cats' power is almost fully restored. However, Mamon succeeds in reawakening Jagando, and with the last of the Cats' power being held by Jagando himself, they arrive back on Mount Aku to face him. After a long battle, the Cats defeat and seal away Jagando once more and take his egg to raise as their own.

The Battle Cats is a tower defense game where the player selects a team of unlockable "Cats" and sends them onto a 2D battlefield to defend the Cat Base and defeat the enemy base. These enemies can have traits such as "Red", "Floating", or "Aku".[5] To win the battle, the player must employ different types of Cats and use their unique abilities to their advantage.

In battle, each Cat and enemy unit has different stats and abilities, which gives units different roles on the battlefield, such as being a meat shield, crowd controller, or sniper. Along with base stats, a unit can also have abilities, which can improve their performance against a specific type of enemy or gives them a unique ability that can aid them in battle. For example, the Cat "Axe Cat" is strong against the "Red" enemy type, meaning it deals more and takes less damage against "Red" enemies.

The Cats are the protagonists that the player deploys throughout the game. Many Cats do not resemble typical cats, and are sometimes equipped with external objects such as weapons or machines, or are characters earned through collaboration events. A player can spend XP and "Catseyes", resources obtained by completing levels, to upgrade a Cat, as well as NP to obtain and upgrade Talents, which give additional abilities. Version 12.1 added Ultra Talents, allowing certain Uber Rare Cats to unlock one to three additional Talents and equip a second Talent Orb after reaching level 60. Cats have level caps, or maximum levels, which differ across Cat units, ranging from as high as 60 to as low as 20. Some Cats can evolve into a True Form after being leveled up to their evolved form, which requires Catfruit or Catfruit Seeds; these are obtained from special stages or from merging Seeds into Fruit. Some Cats require Behemoth Stones or Behemoth Gems to reach their True Form, which are obtained from Behemoth Culling stages. The 13.0 update adds the ability for some Cats to evolve into Ultra Forms after reaching level 60. Duplicates obtained in[6] the game's Gacha systems can be used to add additional "plus levels" to a Cat unit.[7] The Cats are divided into six rarities, in increasing rarity:[8] Normal, Special, Rare, Super Rare, Uber Super Rare (commonly shortened to Uber Rare or just Uber), and Legend Rare.

Cat Capsules, often referred to as gacha, is an area where the player can spend Cat Tickets, Rare Cat Tickets, Lucky Tickets, and Cat Food to obtain Cat Units and Ability Capsules. The rewards earned are then either used to add a "plus level" to a Cat, exchanged for NP/XP, saved in the Cat Storage to be used later, or exchanged for a Rare Ticket. While many cats can be obtained outside of gacha, Rare, Super Rare, Uber Super Rare, and Legend Rare Cats are exclusive to it.

The gameplay is simple to learn: save money, buy ball-shaped cats, save more money, fire the canons, which appear in pink lasers, and attack the towers. Users also get rewards like cat food for logging in, and can buy in app purchases to upgrade the cats. If you think a simple Level 1 tomcat will not get you the tower fast enough, get the God-Cat, which costs about 2000 XP.

Her main traits include a fast attack rate, a host of immunities, resistance to traited enemies, and a great ranged attack. She has an expensive cost and long recharge time when evolved, however. Her incredible versatility makes her one of the rarest cats in the game.

This uber rare cat could be acquired at several events, but still remains one of the rarest and most powerful cats in the game. Tales of the Nekoluga featured Tecoluga, who is useless in his normal form. He has to be evolved first.

Aphrodite is a great unit before adding talents and the best players recommend not even bothering. Adding talents to her actually stalls the enemy backliners, allowing them to hide, which will wreak havoc on your weaker infantry. In the process, she can lose her advantage against Aliens. So get the EXP in her but save the NP for the units that need it.The TakeawayBattle Cats releases a lot of events that show off the different forms and abilities of their new units. This means that many of the super powerful cats become incredibly rare due to how useful they are in the more difficult parts of the game. These are the 8 rarest battle cats you can find. ff782bc1db
