You Wanna Pizza Me?
You can make the very best pizza right at home! In this hands-on class you will learn how to make a basic dough that you can use to make great pan pizza, pizza on your baking stone or even flatbreads on your grill. We will discuss ingredients, tools, pizza styles, brick ovens and, best of all, we will eat pizza!
$85 per person includes your own pizza, dough to take home, ingredients, instruction pamphlet, and 2 1/2 - 3 hours of food and fun! Max 4 students per class.
What you Knead:
Yeast Bread Basics part 1
Never made a loaf of bread? This is the class for you! Learn how to make a basic loaf of bread. No fancy tools or ingredients: a bowl, a wooden spoon, your hands, a pan, flour, water yeast, salt and an oven and you will be on your way to yeasty goodness!
We will discuss ingredients, kneading, basic shaping, recommended tools (baking stones/steel, bread pans, mixers, scales), and more! You will leave with some fresh-baked bread, a recipe, and your own dough to take home to bake!
$85 per person includes ingredients, instruction pamphlet, bread and dough to take home! Approximately 3 hour class. Max 4 students per class.

Yeast Bread Basics part 2
In this class we will use our all purpose dough to create a wide variety of yeasted breads, possibly including: baguettes, pan loaves, rounds, rolls, bagels, flatbreads, pizza, fougasse, and more! We will discuss mixing, shaping, adjusting fermentation, scaling recipes, using temperature and timing to increase flavor and better fit baking into our busy schedules and we will make and eat a variety of breads!
$100 per person includes ingredients, instruction pamphlet, a variety of breads, and dough to take home! 3-4 hour class.
Max 4 students/class.
