The Barking Beagle Breadworks is a licensed cottage bakery specializing in small batch, hand-made, sourdough and, occasionally, yeasted breads, using organic flours and ingredients. The more 'grainy' flours are locally sourced and milled whenever possible. The order form will indicate when breads contain commercial yeast or non-organic ingredients.

Most of our breads are made with stone-ground, high extraction flours - meaning they are less-refined and retain over 80% of the nutrition of whole grains.
