Persona 4 Revival has been revealed! (8th of June, 2025)

Don't touch that dial - the Midnight Channel is coming back!

That's right, today at the Xbox Games Showcase, a teaser trailer for Persona 4 Revival - a HD remaster of the hit PS2 game, was revealed!

Just like with the Midnight Channel itself, there was lots of rumours about this game!

This started when the singer of the soundtrack for the original game, Shihoko Hirata, announced that she was going to "record for a new game"...

Then, a domain called "p4re.jp" got registered...

...which is the official website for the remake...

...and finally, the remake reveal seemed to become officially inevitable when three voice actors from the original* game took to Bluesky/Twitter to announce that they (sadly) won't be coming back to voice Yosuke, Chie, and Yukiko...

* = Although, Chie's voice actor here is from Persona 4 Golden - same as the original but with more content/story.

And now, here we are today - where all these rumours led up to this moment!

Right now there is no official release date just yet... but then again, what we've seen from the teaser is from early development!

Persona 4 Revival will be releasing on Xbox (of course), the PlayStation 5, and on PC via Steam.

But for now, while we wait, let us celebrate this announcement by feasting on Inaba's greatest vegetables!
