We’re conducting global product discovery to learn how ARMY currently finds, explores, organizes, and uses BTS information, content, and resources.
Before we build anything, we want to learn from your actual experiences.
We do not seek to replace existing content, but find a way to connect it.
We want to understand how people currently find, explore, and navigate BTS content — what works well, what can be difficult, and how they decide where to go next.
People from around the world and across different BTS fandom experiences are welcome — from those relatively new to BTS to longtime fans. You do not need to consider yourself ARMY or be an expert.
The survey takes approximately 8–12 minutes. Participation is voluntary, and there are no right or wrong answers. We’re interested in your actual experiences.
Your perspective can help us understand what ARMY actually needs and what — if anything — would make navigating and exploring the BTS ecosystem more useful.
The Atlas Project is an independent fan-led product discovery research project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BTS, BIGHIT MUSIC, HYBE, or their related companies.
Participation in this research is voluntary. Survey responses will be used to understand ARMY experiences, behaviors, needs, and perspectives as part of the product discovery process.
Identifying information will not be collected during the survey. At the end of the survey, you may indicate whether you are interested in participating in future research. If you would like to be contacted, you can choose to provide your contact information through a separate follow-up sign-up form. Contact information will be kept separate from your survey responses and used only for this research project.
