I. Safety and Conduct Policy
By entering and/or participating in, attending, or using any services, events, programs, websites, memberships, or activities offered by The Art/Cade Studio ("Art/Cade"), all guests, members, participants, vendors, contractors, and visitors agree to comply with the following Safety and Conduct Policy.
Art/Cade is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants. Guests are expected to treat fellow visitors, staff, volunteers, performers, vendors, artists, gamers, cosplayers, and community members with courtesy and respect at all times.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or discrimination
Threatening, abusive, or violent behavior
Hate speech or discriminatory conduct
Physical altercations or aggressive behavior
Sexual harassment or unwanted physical contact
Disruptive behavior that interferes with the experience of others
Vandalism, theft, or destruction of property
Possession or use of illegal substances
Possession of weapons prohibited by applicable law
12. Facility and Equipment Use
Guests are responsible for using all gaming equipment, arcade machines, art supplies, furniture, tools, rental equipment, and facilities in a safe and appropriate manner.
Participants may be held financially responsible for damage caused by intentional misconduct, negligence, misuse, vandalism, or failure to follow staff instructions.
Parents, guardians, or authorized chaperones are responsible for the supervision, conduct, and safety of minors attending Art/Cade activities unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement.
Art/Cade reserves the right to establish age restrictions, supervision requirements, and participation limitations for specific events, programs, or activities.
Guests agree to follow all posted safety rules, emergency procedures, occupancy limits, and staff instructions.
Participants should immediately report unsafe conditions, injuries, accidents, or emergencies to Art/Cade staff.
Individuals who appear impaired, intoxicated, pose a safety risk, or engage in dangerous conduct may be denied entry or removed from the premises.
15. Photography, Recording, and Media
Art/Cade events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded for promotional, educational, operational, or archival purposes.
By attending Art/Cade activities, participants acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, videos, livestreams, or other media recordings. Individuals who do not wish to be photographed should notify staff whenever reasonably possible.
16. Removal and Suspension
Art/Cade reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny admission, remove participants, suspend memberships, cancel reservations, or prohibit future attendance for any individual who violates this Safety and Conduct Policy or whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, threatening, or harmful to others.
No refund shall be required for removal resulting from a policy violation.
All participants must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances while participating in Art/Cade activities.
Art/Cade reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Safety and Conduct Policy at any time. Continued participation in Art/Cade activities constitutes acceptance of any revised policies.
