Get ready for an exciting dining experience curated by SATS World Class Guest Chefs together with our young student chefs will showcase an exquisite 4-course dinner.

The Assumption Pathway School (APS) culinary and hospitality team of students and chefs are excited to collaborate with SATS Ltd and their culinary team in the 2nd instalment of the year 2026 for An Evening at The ART series. SATS have been great supporters in the past series of An Evening at The ART imparting the fine art of cooking to our students.
We are excited to once again to welcome Executive Chef Matthew Yim, Executive Sous Chef Johnson Goh and Executive Sous Chef Darren Chin to lead The ART Kitchen on Saturday, 29 August, 2026 for a thoughtfully curated four-course feast designed to celebrate rich, comforting flavors. Highlights include delicate salmon confit, earthy truffle-laced celeriac velouté, savory mushroom chicken ballotine, and a classic molten chocolate cake to end on a high note. Warm light, good company, and unforgettable food await.
