The Assumption Pathway School (APS) culinary and hospitality team of APS Academy students and chefs are excited to partner with PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering Singapore and its esteemed culinary team for the first instalment of An Evening at The ART series in 2026. This marks the second collaboration between PARKROYAL COLLECTION and APS Academy student chefs for this distinguished dining event.
We are excited to once again to welcome Executive Chef Alvin Leong to lead The ART Kitchen on Saturday, 28 March, 2026 for a curated private dining journey celebrating Singapore’s culinary heritage — deconstructed, refined, and reinterpreted for the contemporary palate. An exquisite modern take on Singaporean cuisine with a thoughtfully crafted four-course menu where fresh creativity fuses with traditional local heritage.
