The Arenztopia Tower is a 120-story, 1,800-feet tall skyscraper situated at 3300 Arenztopia Boulevard Three. It is the sixth tallest building in the world, taller than the One World Trade Center but shorter than the Lotte World Center. It has the tallest observation deck in the world at 1,750 feet up, on the 118th floor, which is over 1,000 feet taller than the second tallest observation deck. It also has two prominent porches, filled with plants, at the 40th and 80th floors.
The Arenztopia Tower is a multi-use building. The bottom level is shops, and the second to tenth levels is occupied by a mall and more shops. The eleventh to 50th floors are all apartments. From the 50th floor up is offices, and the 113-120th floors are for public use, with restauraunts, views, shops, and a museum. The 118th floor is a large observation deck and the 119th floor holds a revolving restauraunt. The 120th floor is accessible by reservation only.
The Arenztopia Tower was proposed by Dovigon Contractors, Inc. on January 1st, 2013 and was green-lighted in March 2014. It broke ground in June and was finished on September 1st, 2016. The interior was furnished and clients moved in until August 2017, and the building was officially opened on January 1st, 2018. The Tower was designed by the Siddonin Architecture Group, a confederation of ateliers.
The Observation Deck is at 1,750 feet in the 118th floor. It is the highest observation deck in the world. The second highest is the one on the Shanghai Tower at 632 feet. The deck is sponsored by Ivedan Technologies, Inc. On clear days, you can just make out the peaks of the Tfziwrzmh and on a cloudy day you can see the peak of the Arenztopia Volcano poking out of the clouds. If you look out to sea you can make out the Mexican coast and the shores of Nicaragua. The Arenztopia Tower also provides a good view of the Port of Arenztopia and Arenztopia Bay.
