The Appliance Plug will not send customer a copy of the invoice with serial numbers (after delivery and/or installation) unless requested by customer. The Appliance Plug is not responsible for availability of product. The Appliance Plug is not responsible for arrival date of any product. If product arrives from the manufacturer later than the postmark date (last date to enter rebate), that is of zero responsibility of The Appliance Plug. No The Appliance Plug employee or contractor can guarantee an arrival date of a product (even if promised). Not 1 member of The Appliance Plug can predict or promise future rebates or inventory.
