One on-site parking space per unit (beginning 2023). Two bedroom units will have one additional parking space available at 55 W. Main St. (Southern Tier Interiors). All tenant vehicles must be registered with the landlord. No guest vehicles may occupy parking spaces; towing will be at vehicle owner's cost. On-street guest parking is available on a first-come first-served basis, but is not permitted overnight.
Smoke detectors. Tenants must change batteries as needed.

Electric: Tenants pay for electric service for each apartment. Service must be transferred into one tenant's name one week before occupancy by calling National Grid at (800) 932-0301.
Trash Removal: Tenants must purchase trash removal tickets from the 7-11 and take the garbage to the street for pick-up on Thursday evening of each week. Alternatively, garbage can be taken to the transfer station located at 38 Union St. in Allegany. If any village ordinance is violated, tenant must pay all fines.

Tenants choose to live at 7 E. Main because of it's quite atmosphere.
It is the expectation that all occupants will maintain a noise level conducive to serious study.
No more than three guests per tenant are allowed on the premises at any time.
No parties, excessive alcohol intake, or illegal drugs are permitted. Violation is grounds for eviction without refund.
No smoking is permitted inside the premises.
Leases are for 12 months and will be emailed to you after talking with Beth.
