In this training, participants will strengthen their understanding of the basics of interpersonal attachment and its function throughout the spectrum of child development. Additionally, learners will learn about the risk factors that negatively impact attachment in children and adolescents while gaining strategies to assist parents in repairing disrupted or unhealthy attachment. Lastly, participants will learn more about protective and preventative interventions that decrease risk of unhealthy attachment traits while providing strategies to help parents implement supportive and loving interactions with their children.
