What is The 66 Club
This idea is not original to this particular club, but we have made certain aspects of it our own! The 66 club is a group of kids, and even adults, who have dedicated themselves to memorize key information about the Bible, and even key passages in the Bible.
How do you join? To join you need to be able to quote all of the 66 books of the Bible in order to one of your elders. After that, you are forever a member of The 66 Club! From then on you have dedicated yourself to memorizing things like "The 7 I Am Statments" or "The 66 Books In Their Divisions" or even "the 23rd Psalm". While this club currently only has 12 tiers you can grow into, the list will continue to grow! Our hope is to never stop growing this list, so that we as The 66 Club never have to stop growing in our knoweldge! There is no age requirement, or limit to being in the Club!
If you are not a member of the Dripping Springs Church of Christ and would like to follow along with this club, we would love to have you! The lists we will have are going to have DS specific Elders to come to, but that shouldn't stop you from finding leaders in your congregation to recite your knowledge to!
Here is the current list of tiers that you should memorize, and then report to the elder on the list. Print this off to aid you in knowing which tier you are on, and which elder you need to report to. Once you have quoted your memory work to that elder, you are apart of that tier and can move on!

Study from the Matthew 1:1-13 account.
Memorizing the italicized words (besides for Mary) is not required, but is encouraged.
Tier 7
"Matthew 5:3-12 (The Beatitudes)"
Use any translation you'd like to memorize this passage!
Tier 8
"Recite Authors of NT Books"
Be able to recite from memory the author, and then which books he wrote!

Be able to recite from memory the author, and then which books he wrote!

"General Bible Information"

Tier 11
"NT Book Themes"
Follow this link to find the list of NT and OT themes of each book. For your assignment, the only required section to memorize is the title of the Book and then "God of _____". If you memorize everything else, then that's great and highly encouraged.
