Gardening 2020-2021
Estrella Rios grew green onions from scraps in a customized planter
Ana Burnett grew carrots, parsnips and onions from chicken scraps in water and then transplanted to a recycled pot
Frankie Jaurequi created a self watering planter using a plastic bottle
Though a little sideways, Zianne Zamora regrew a potato and upcycled the pot to transplant it!
Together the class learned about things we can use from the scraps we have to grow more food.
