About the Author

I really enjoy working 1-1 with looked after students on a part-time basis, teaching them core Maths Science and English skills. It allows me to match the needs of the student with the resources they need and have a life outside of school!

I plan and deliver engaging lessons, such as identifying the tissues in a chicken drumstick or jumping up and down as you say your times tables. This positive mindset coupled with over 20 years of experience, means that I am confident, friendly, and develop a rapport with students, whatever their age or knowledge base.

I am available to support students online and have experience in screen sharing, setting work, and writing reports.
