Payment Policies

I accept PayPal as my main payment method. I expect a down payment of at least 1/4 of the full cost before I can start any work as I need to make sure you are committed to commissioning me, and I also need to be able to pay for materials. I accept payment plans if informed before any commission work begins. Your suit or artwork will not be shipped or sent if it has not been paid off in full.

Refunds

I reserve the right to offer or deny refunds depending on the situation and its circumstances. In most cases, I will not refund the full amount paid once the suit is shipped and arrives at the destination.

Shipping

I am not responsible for paying shipping costs. It is preferred that the buyer pay an estimate shipping cost before I send any of my work. All items shipped from me will be insured by USPS with a valid tracking number. I am not responsible if you suit gets lost or destroyed in the mail by USPS, but please reach out to me ASAP if this happens. Please note I am based in the United States, plan accordingly for shipping and its costs before you commission me.

I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any point in time with reasonable refund under any circumstance that involves threat or harm to me, my business, or my work. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to scam me, blackmailing me, unprofessional conversing, hostile behavior towards me, etc. I will not accept commissions from those who have been outed for committing heinous crimes, including but not limited to: assault, theft, etc. Please be advised that all of my work is handmade, I cannot guarantee absolute perfection. If you receive my work and believe there is something wrong with it, please contact me as I'm happy to assist you. I do not accept fursuit commissions from minors without the consent of a parent.
