가로텍소프트(이하 "개발자")는 다음 그날(이하 "앱")을 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어디에 저장하고, 무엇을 외부로 보내며, 무엇을 보내지 않는지 설명합니다.
## 1. 한 줄 요약
- 생리 기록, 증상, 기분, 메모 같은 **주기 기록은 휴대전화 안에만 저장**되며 개발자를 포함한 누구에게도 전송되지 않습니다.
- 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인이 없고, 개발자는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
- 화면 위쪽의 **광고(Google AdMob)** 를 보여주기 위해 광고 SDK가 기기 정보를 Google에 보냅니다. 이때 주기 기록은 광고 SDK에 전달되지 않습니다.
## 2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보

- 이 정보는 건강과 관련된 민감한 정보이므로 **클라우드 백업과 기기 간 이전에서도 제외**됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 휴대전화 설정에서 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 삭제되며 개발자는 복구할 수 없습니다.
- 다른 기기로 옮기려면 앱 **설정의 내보내기 / 가져오기** 를 이용하세요. 내보낸 글자 묶음을 어디에 보관할지는 이용자가 직접 정하며, 앱이 대신 전송하지 않습니다.
- 생리 예정일과 가임기 예측은 모두 기기 안에서 계산됩니다.
## 3. 알림
알림은 휴대전화의 알람 기능으로 **기기 안에서 예약**됩니다. 푸시 서버를 쓰지 않으므로 알림 내용이 외부로 나가지 않습니다. 알림은 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
## 4. 광고 (Google AdMob)
앱은 무료로 제공되며 화면 위쪽에 Google AdMob 배너 광고를 표시합니다. 광고를 보여주고 측정하며 부정 클릭을 막기 위해 Google 광고 SDK가 다음 정보를 수집해 Google에 보낼 수 있습니다.
- 광고 ID(Android 광고 ID) 등 기기 식별자
- IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 위치
- 기기 모델, 운영체제 버전, 언어 등 기기 정보
- 광고 노출·클릭 같은 광고 상호작용, 앱 성능·오류 진단 정보
개발자는 이 정보를 직접 받거나 저장하지 않습니다. 처리 방식은 [Google 개인정보처리방침](https://policies.google.com/privacy)과 [Google이 파트너 앱의 정보를 사용하는 방식](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites)을 따릅니다.
- **주기 기록, 증상, 기분 등 건강 정보는 광고 SDK에 전달하지 않으며, 광고 타기팅에 사용하지 않습니다.**
- 광고는 청소년 이용가(T) 이하 등급으로 제한합니다.
- 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 처음 실행할 때 Google의 동의 화면(UMP)이 나타나며, 동의하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다. 동의 내용은 앱의 **설정 → 광고 개인정보 설정** 에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 맞춤 광고를 원하지 않으면 휴대전화의 **설정 → Google → 광고** 에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
## 5. 앱이 요청하는 권한

앱은 위치, 연락처, 사진, 카메라, 마이크 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
## 6. 보관 기간과 삭제
- 기기 안의 기록은 이용자가 직접 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. 앱의 **설정 → 모든 기록 삭제** 로 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 개발자는 이용자의 정보를 보관하지 않으므로 별도로 삭제를 요청할 대상 정보가 없습니다. 광고 SDK가 수집한 정보는 Google의 정책에 따라 보관·삭제됩니다.
## 7. 아동
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
## 8. 의료 정보에 관한 안내
앱의 예측은 기록을 바탕으로 한 추정치이며 의학적 진단이 아닙니다. 피임이나 임신 계획의 근거로 사용할 수 없습니다. 건강이 걱정되면 의료 전문가와 상담하세요.
## 9. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 수집하는 정보가 늘어나는 등 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서도 알립니다.

# Period Dial Privacy Policy (English)
Effective date: November 1, 2026
Garotech Soft ("we") develops Period Dial (다음 그날, "the app"). This policy explains what the app stores, where it stores it, what it sends out and what it never sends.
**Summary.** Your cycle records (period days, flow, symptoms, mood, notes) are stored only on your phone and are never sent to the developer or anyone else. There is no account and no developer server. The banner ad at the top is served by Google AdMob, whose SDK sends device information to Google; your cycle records are never passed to it.
**Stored on the device only.** Period days and flow, daily symptoms, mood and notes, settings (average cycle and period length, reminder time, easy mode, theme) and the reminder schedule (kept so reminders can be restored after a reboot). Because this is health information, it is excluded from cloud backup and device-to-device transfer; uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it permanently. You can move it yourself with Settings → Export / Import. Predictions are calculated on the device.
**Notifications** are scheduled locally with the system alarm service. No push server is used.
**Advertising (Google AdMob).** To show and measure ads and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect the advertising ID and other device identifiers, approximate location derived from the IP address, device information, ad interactions and diagnostics, and send them to Google. The developer does not receive or store this data. Health information is never passed to the ad SDK or used for ad targeting. Ads are limited to the T (teen) content rating or lower. Where consent is required (EEA, UK, Switzerland), Google's consent form is shown on first launch; you can change your choice in Settings → Ad privacy settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Settings → Google → Ads.
**Permissions.** Internet and network state (ads only), notifications (Android 13+, requested only when you turn reminders on), exact alarms (reminders at the set time), boot completed (restoring reminders after a restart), vibration (haptic feedback), advertising ID (ads). The app does not request location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access.
**Retention and deletion.** Records stay on the device until you delete them (Settings → Delete all records) or uninstall the app. The developer holds no user data. Data collected by the ad SDK is retained according to Google's policies.
**Children.** The app is not directed to children under 13 (under 14 in Korea) and does not knowingly collect their information.
**Medical disclaimer.** Predictions are estimates, not medical advice, and must not be used for contraception or pregnancy planning.
**Changes.** Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date.
