Allow us to invite you to a benefit poker run to support the family of a fallen rider in our community.

A couple weeks ago our community lost Tanya Herrold while she was out riding with her husband Bill. As we all know, a loss like this is tragic. The devastating effect on a family in these times is beyond comprehension or definition. Our hearts are with the Herrold family and friends during their struggles.

With that in mind, we are coming together in an effort to alleviate some of the weight of this situation by hosting a benefit event to raise money for the family. We will be holding a benefit poker run on June 22nd. The poker run will start @paradise_hd in Tigard, OR at 10 am for registration. KSU at 11. Along the way we will visit @originaldubstavern Eagle Creek Saloon,and @molallariverbrewingcompany , before arriving @timbertownharleydavidson in Salem, OR at 3.

If you cannot make the poker run, we will start the event at 1 at Timber Town Harley Davidson with food from @cajun_papas and @redlinebirriaytacos , drinks, tattoos by @pale_rider.inks and @deetstattoos , and stunt riding by @wheelie_dick . The Timber Town Angels will be washing bikes, and there will be a 50/50.

The poker run will arrive around 3 PM. The last cards must be drawn by 4. The winner of the poker run and 50/50 will be announced at 5.

That Damn Moto Fam and Shack’s Shop are joining forces to bring you a “Ride in Chopper Show and Poker Run”on May 18th. The event will benefit recently fallen riders and their families, who need the community’s help in their recovery. 

The poker run will start at Legion Motorcycle Company located at 2227 SE 7th St, Portland, OR 97214.  Signup will start at 10 am with the last bikes out at 11 am. This will be a self led poker run, meaning, we will give you the locations and a suggested route, but you and the people you are riding with can determine how you want to get there. The buy in will be $10 a hand. The stops will be announced on the day of the event with the final stop being at Classic Cars LLC at 277 SW Wood St, Hillsboro, OR 97123 at 3 pm.

The signup for the Ride in Chopper Show will begin at 3 pm at Classic Cars LLC.  The entry fee will be $10 per entry.  We will have a best of show, and a people’s choice award. You must RIDE your chopper in. The Best Of Show judges will consist of a panel of experienced chopper builders.

If this isn’t enough, we will also have food, drink, and music by the world famous DJ Spotify.  Let us know what you want on the playlist in DM, or comments. There will be a burnout competition, and a slow ride. 

Last,  but certainly not least, we will have a raffle with some amazing prizes. The raffle is so big, we are going to hold it online AND on the day of the event.  NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN!!!
