### 4. Supporter Plan (In-App Purchase)

- The Supporter plan is a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription

- Payment is processed through your Apple ID

- Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings

- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

- Supporter features may no longer be available if the App is discontinued

- Von dir veröffentlichte Inhalte sind für Nutzer weltweit sichtbar

- Du behältst das Urheberrecht an deinen Inhalten, erteilst der App jedoch eine Lizenz zur Nutzung, soweit dies zur Erbringung des Dienstes erforderlich ist

- Der Supporter-Plan ist ein monatliches oder jährliches automatisch erneuerndes Abonnement

- Die Zahlung erfolgt über deine Apple-ID

- Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch, sofern es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des aktuellen Zeitraums gekündigt wird

- Das Abonnement kann in den App-Store-Kontoeinstellungen verwaltet oder gekündigt werden

- Rückerstattungen unterliegen der Rückerstattungsrichtlinie von Apple

- Supporter-Funktionen sind möglicherweise nicht mehr verfügbar, wenn die App eingestellt wird
