There's effectively no other strategy. See any runner for an example of what you need to do.

Select Cannonball, chair, eject, beans, rocket launcher, and then Yoyo, followed by items. Then glider, dummies, step back, tank, return to start.
Select Grappling Hook, vent, leap, Paperizor, Shrink n' Grow, Power Armor, and then "Prototype" (Bottom left CD)
Right as the buttons appear, mash Step Back in the bottom left. If done fast enough, you should be sent to the middle of what would be the Earpiece (GSPI) route.
Select "Reroute the Power", and finally select Force Gun, and you win.
No, Lightning Quick Larcenist is not considered one of the endings.
As said before, follow the route shown by top runners. No new strategies otherwise.
With the exception that intentionally getting the "Nailed It" achievement for Ghost Inmate is faster than failing to do so, the route is effectively the same as any other playthrough, just with map menuing instead of pressing return to start.
Similar in concept to Breaking the Bank's refresh category, albeit here the process to refresh/ctrl + r is more context sensitive.
Some animations (Item in PD, Play Dead, Toppat Phonecall, etc.) is faster;
But others (Charge tackle, laser plane) are slower, and in rare cases (Government Call), refreshing doesn't actual update map progress early.
For a full list, see Crab/Boofny's full list of where it is and isn't viable to refresh.
