Welcome to my website!

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Queens College, The City University of New York (CUNY).

Born and raised in Vietnam, I pursued my undergraduate studies in Finland and Switzerland. I received my Master’s degrees in Economics from Ohio University and Louisiana State University and my Ph.D. in Economics from Louisiana State University. My research interests are in the field of Applied Microeconomics, with a particular emphasis on Health Economics and Economics of Education. My research is focused on understanding the effects of public policies related to health and education in various contexts, as well as the long-term effects of prenatal conditions.
