Welcome to my personal website. 

I am a Research Economist at RTI International. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA and completed a postdoctoral training in the Division of Comparative Effectiveness and Outcomes Research in the Department of Population Health Sciences at Weill Cornell Medical College, Cornell University, New York City, NY.   My areas of research interest include Health Economics, Substance Use, Mental Health, and Applied Econometrics.
