DR. THANGARAJA ARUMUGAM is an Assistant Professor at Business School, Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai. He did his dissertation in the area of marketing intelligence. He has got 12 years of teaching experience. He teaches in the areas of Consumer Psychology, Marketing analytics, business analytics, and Fraud analytics. His area of interest is the field of behavioral analytics. He holds a Postgraduate program in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence from the University of Texas. He acquired a Marketing analytics and marketing strategy professional degree and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. His research works have been published and presented in reputed journals (Scopus, SSCI, A category of ABDC) and international conferences. He holds patents in the field of social mining, image processing, and deep learning. He has been invited to talk in reputed institutions and has been a resource person for international workshops/Webinars. He holds several certifications from reputed institutions. His present research focus is on neuroscience and brain wave visualization and analytics for neuromarketing directions.
