Retail POS Application (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use the Retail POS Application (“App”).
Business-related information entered into the App (e.g., shop name, products, prices).
Sales and transaction data recorded by the user.
Basic device information (such as device model and operating system version).
Application usage information for internal functionality.
Advertising Identifiers: Unique identifiers associated with your device used for advertising purposes (e.g., Android Advertising ID).
Analytics and Usage Data: Information about how you interact with advertisements within the App.
No personal customer data.
No payment card or banking information.
No biometric or sensitive personal data.
No location data.
The information is used only to:
Operate core POS functionality
Record and manage sales transactions locally
Display reports and summaries within the App
Ensure proper application performance
All transaction and application data is stored locally on the user’s device only.
The Retail POS Application does not upload, transmit, synchronize, store, or back up any data to cloud servers, external servers, or third-party systems.
All data is saved in a local database on the device and remains fully under the user’s control.
If the application is uninstalled or local storage is cleared, all data will be permanently deleted.
We apply reasonable security measures to protect locally stored data from unauthorized access.
Note: While business and transaction data remain strictly local, basic device information and advertising identifiers are transmitted to Google AdMob for ad delivery and analytics.
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any user data to third parties.
No data is transmitted outside the user’s device.
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We integrate Google AdMob to provide advertisements. Google’s use of advertising IDs and other information is governed by their own privacy policies.
