Hello! My name is Dr Max Blue, and I am an Assistant Headteacher at Thameside Primary School, and I also am the Director of the Learning Support Department. I manage the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Department! I look over applications, create intervention and Learning Support Assistant groups, as well as complete administrative tasks and also look into providing individualised strategies for students enrolled in a program within the Learning Support Department.
