Business Information (for Tailors)

• Business name (if applicable)

• PAN number, bank account number, and IFSC code (only if you choose to link your bank account to accept payments)

Order and Customer Information

• Customer name and contact information (when added during order creation)

• Order details including garment measurements, type of clothing, occasion, and any additional preferences or notes

Contacts Information

• With your explicit permission, we may access your phone's contacts:

  • To identify and display registered tailors on the platform (especially freelancers)

  • To add customer contact details directly when creating orders

Usage and Technical Information

• App usage data, collected through analytics services

• Device details (device ID and device name)

Location Information

• Current geographic location (only with your explicit permission).

Authentication Information

• If you sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect your basic Google profile information (name, email address).

Push Notification Tokens

• To send you important updates, we collect device tokens via Expo Notifications.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Manage tailoring orders and customer communications.

• Facilitate connections between tailors (for freelancers).

• Process payments when you choose to link your bank account.

• Send order updates, account information, and promotional communications (with your consent).

Access to Contacts Information

With your permission, Thaiyal accesses your device’s contacts list to:

• Freelancer Discovery: Match and connect you with other registered tailors.

• Order Management: Allow you to select or enter customer details during tailoring order creation.
  
  

We do not upload your full contact list, store entire contacts data without explicit selection, share, or sell this information to any third parties.
You can revoke contact access at any time via your device settings.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services ("SDKs") to enhance the App's functionality:

• Ola Maps SDK: For providing map and location-related features such as locating shops.
