นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายว่าแอป Thai Radio Online เก็บ ใช้ เปิดเผย และคุ้มครองข้อมูลของผู้ใช้อย่างไร กรุณาอ่านก่อนใช้งานแอป การใช้งานแอปถือว่าท่านยอมรับแนวปฏิบัติที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารนี้
1. สรุปสาระสำคัญ
- แอปนี้ไม่มีระบบสมัครสมาชิกหรือเข้าสู่ระบบ เราไม่ขอชื่อ อีเมล เบอร์โทร หรือข้อมูลระบุตัวตนใด ๆ จากท่าน
- เราไม่มีเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้ ข้อมูลการตั้งค่าทั้งหมดถูกเก็บอยู่ในเครื่องของท่านเท่านั้น
- แอปแสดงโฆษณาผ่าน Google AdMob ซึ่งเป็นผู้เก็บและประมวลผลข้อมูลบางอย่างเพื่อแสดงโฆษณา (รายละเอียดในข้อ 3)
- ท่านลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้ทุกเมื่อด้วยการล้างข้อมูลแอปหรือถอนการติดตั้ง
2. ข้อมูลที่แอปจัดเก็บไว้ในเครื่องของท่าน
ข้อมูลต่อไปนี้ถูกบันทึกในพื้นที่จัดเก็บส่วนตัวของแอป (Android: SharedPreferences, iOS: UserDefaults) ซึ่งระบบปฏิบัติการปกป้องไว้ไม่ให้แอปอื่นเข้าถึงได้ ข้อมูลเหล่านี้ไม่ถูกส่งออกจากเครื่องของท่าน
- รายชื่อสถานีวิทยุที่ดาวน์โหลดมา – ให้เปิดแอปได้เร็วและใช้งานได้แม้สัญญาณไม่ดี
- รายการสถานีที่ท่านกดถูกใจ – แสดงรายการโปรดของท่าน
- รายการสถานีที่ท่านลบออกเอง – ไม่ให้สถานีที่ท่านลบกลับมาอีกเมื่อมีการอัปเดตรายการ
- ตัวระบุเวอร์ชันของไฟล์รายการสถานี (ETag) – ตรวจว่ารายการมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือไม่ เพื่อลดการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต
ข้อมูลข้างต้นไม่ใช่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และไม่สามารถใช้ระบุตัวตนของท่านได้
3. ข้อมูลที่ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกเก็บ (โฆษณา)
แอปใช้ Google AdMob เพื่อแสดงโฆษณาซึ่งเป็นรายได้ที่ทำให้แอปเปิดให้ใช้ฟรี Google ในฐานะผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลอาจเก็บและใช้ข้อมูลต่อไปนี้
- รหัสโฆษณา (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA) ซึ่งเป็นตัวระบุที่ท่านรีเซ็ตหรือปิดได้เองในการตั้งค่าเครื่อง
- ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ เช่น รุ่นเครื่อง ระบบปฏิบัติการ ภาษา ผู้ให้บริการเครือข่าย
- หมายเลข IP ซึ่งอาจใช้ประมาณตำแหน่งอย่างคร่าว ๆ ในระดับประเทศหรือเมือง
- ข้อมูลการโต้ตอบกับโฆษณา เช่น การมองเห็นและการคลิก
เราในฐานะผู้พัฒนาไม่ได้รับข้อมูลเหล่านี้เป็นรายบุคคล เราเห็นเพียงรายงานสถิติรวมของรายได้โฆษณา

การควบคุมของท่าน
- ผู้ใช้ในเขต EEA สหราชอาณาจักร และสวิตเซอร์แลนด์: แอปจะแสดงแบบฟอร์มขอความยินยอมตามมาตรฐาน Google User Messaging Platform ก่อนแสดงโฆษณาที่ปรับตามความสนใจ และท่านเปลี่ยนการตั้งค่าได้ภายหลังผ่านเมนู "ตัวเลือกความเป็นส่วนตัว" ในแอป
- ผู้ใช้ iOS: แอปจะขออนุญาตติดตาม (App Tracking Transparency) หากท่านปฏิเสธ แอปจะยังใช้งานได้ตามปกติ เพียงแต่โฆษณาจะไม่ปรับตามความสนใจ
- ผู้ใช้ Android: รีเซ็ตหรือลบรหัสโฆษณาได้ที่ การตั้งค่า > ความเป็นส่วนตัว > โฆษณา
4. สิทธิ์การเข้าถึงที่แอปขอ และเหตุผล
- INTERNET และ ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – ดาวน์โหลดรายการสถานีและรับสัญญาณเสียงจากสถานีวิทยุ
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE และ FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK – เล่นเสียงต่อเนื่องขณะที่ท่านปิดหน้าจอหรือสลับไปแอปอื่น
- WAKE_LOCK – ป้องกันไม่ให้เครื่องหลับจนเสียงขาดหายระหว่างฟัง
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS – แสดงแถบควบคุมการเล่น (เล่น หยุด เปลี่ยนสถานี) ในแถบแจ้งเตือน
- AD_ID และ ACCESS_ADSERVICES – ใช้โดยไลบรารีโฆษณาของ Google เท่านั้น
แอปไม่ขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึงรายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ ข้อความ กล้อง ไมโครโฟน ตำแหน่ง GPS ไฟล์ส่วนตัว หรือสถานะการโทร แต่อย่างใด
5. มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
เราให้ความสำคัญกับการดูแลข้อมูลอย่างปลอดภัย โดยมีแนวปฏิบัติดังนี้
- การเข้ารหัสระหว่างรับส่ง: การดาวน์โหลดรายการสถานีทำผ่าน HTTPS (TLS) เสมอ ข้อมูลจึงถูกเข้ารหัสตลอดเส้นทางระหว่างเครื่องของท่านกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์
- การเก็บข้อมูลในเครื่อง: ข้อมูลการตั้งค่าถูกเก็บในพื้นที่แซนด์บ็อกซ์ส่วนตัวของแอป ซึ่งระบบปฏิบัติการ Android และ iOS ปกป้องไว้ไม่ให้แอปอื่นหรือผู้ใช้รายอื่นบนเครื่องเดียวกันเข้าถึงได้ และบนเครื่องที่ตั้งรหัสผ่านไว้ ข้อมูลนี้จะถูกเข้ารหัสโดยระบบปฏิบัติการด้วย
- การจำกัดการเก็บข้อมูลให้น้อยที่สุด: เราออกแบบให้แอปไม่เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตั้งแต่ต้น เมื่อไม่มีการรวบรวมข้อมูล ความเสี่ยงจากการรั่วไหลจึงถูกตัดออกไป

- การดูแลไลบรารีภายนอก: เราปรับรุ่นไลบรารีของบุคคลที่สาม เช่น Google Mobile Ads ให้เป็นรุ่นที่ผู้พัฒนายังสนับสนุนอยู่ เพื่อรับการแก้ไขช่องโหว่ด้านความปลอดภัย
ข้อจำกัดที่ท่านควรทราบ: สัญญาณเสียงของสถานีวิทยุจำนวนหนึ่งให้บริการโดยเจ้าของสถานีผ่านโปรโตคอล HTTP ที่ไม่เข้ารหัส ซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของเรา การเชื่อมต่อดังกล่าวส่งเฉพาะคำขอรับสัญญาณเสียงเท่านั้น ไม่มีข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านรวมอยู่ด้วย

6. การเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล

- Android: การตั้งค่า > แอป > Thai Radio Online > ที่จัดเก็บ > ล้างข้อมูล
- iOS: ถอนการติดตั้งแอป ระบบจะลบข้อมูลของแอปทั้งหมดโดยอัตโนมัติ
เมื่อถอนการติดตั้ง ข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่แอปเก็บไว้จะถูกลบทันทีและไม่มีสำเนาเหลืออยู่ที่ใด สำหรับข้อมูลที่ Google เก็บเพื่อการโฆษณา โปรดใช้เครื่องมือของ Google ตามลิงก์ในข้อ 3 หรือติดต่อเราที่อีเมลด้านล่างเพื่อขอคำแนะนำ เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน
7. ความเป็นส่วนตัวของเด็ก
แอปนี้จัดทำขึ้นสำหรับผู้ฟังทั่วไป ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปีเป็นการเฉพาะ และเราไม่มีเจตนาเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากเด็ก หากท่านเป็นผู้ปกครองและเชื่อว่าบุตรหลานของท่านได้ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลแก่เรา กรุณาติดต่อเราเพื่อให้ดำเนินการลบข้อมูลดังกล่าว
8. เนื้อหาจากบุคคลที่สาม
แอปทำหน้าที่เป็นเพียงเครื่องเล่นที่เชื่อมต่อไปยังสัญญาณกระจายเสียงสาธารณะของสถานีวิทยุแต่ละแห่ง เราไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าของ ไม่ได้ผลิต และไม่ได้จัดเก็บเนื้อหาเสียงเหล่านั้น หากท่านเป็นเจ้าของสถานีและประสงค์ให้นำสถานีออกจากรายการ กรุณาแจ้งมาที่อีเมลด้านล่าง เราจะดำเนินการให้
9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายฉบับนี้เป็นครั้งคราว การเปลี่ยนแปลงจะประกาศบนหน้านี้พร้อมระบุวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ใหม่ หากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบผ่านคำอธิบายการอัปเดตแอป

This policy explains how the Thai Radio Online app collects, uses, discloses and protects user information. Please read it before using the app. By using the app you accept the practices described here.
1. Summary
- The app has no account and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or any identifying information.
- We operate no server that stores user data. All settings stay on your device.
- The app shows advertising through Google AdMob, which collects certain data in order to serve ads (section 3).
- You can erase everything at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
2. Data stored on your device
The following is written to the app's private storage (Android SharedPreferences, iOS UserDefaults), which the operating system protects from other apps. This data never leaves your device.
- The downloaded radio station list – so the app opens quickly and works on a poor connection
- Stations you marked as favourites – to show your favourites list
- Stations you deleted yourself – so they do not reappear when the list is updated
- A version tag (ETag) of the station list file – to check whether the list changed, reducing data usage
None of this is personal data and none of it identifies you.
3. Data collected by third parties (advertising)
We use Google AdMob to display advertising, which is the revenue that keeps the app free. As a data processor, Google may collect and use:
- The advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), which you can reset or disable in your device settings
- Device information such as model, operating system, language and mobile carrier
- IP address, which may indicate approximate location at country or city level
- Ad interaction data such as impressions and clicks
As the developer we do not receive any of this on an individual basis. We see only aggregated revenue reports.

Your controls
- Users in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a Google User Messaging Platform consent form before personalised ads are served, and can change that choice later from the "Privacy options" item in the app.
- iOS users are asked for App Tracking Transparency permission. Declining does not affect app functionality; ads simply will not be personalised.
- Android users can reset or delete their advertising ID under Settings > Privacy > Ads.
4. Permissions and why they are needed
- INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – download the station list and receive audio from radio stations
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK – keep audio playing when the screen is off or you switch apps
- WAKE_LOCK – prevent the stream from stalling while the device sleeps
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS – show playback controls (play, stop, change station) in the notification shade
- AD_ID and ACCESS_ADSERVICES – used only by the Google advertising library
The app requests no access to contacts, messages, camera, microphone, GPS location, personal files or phone state.
5. How we keep data secure
- Encryption in transit: the station list is always downloaded over HTTPS (TLS), so it is encrypted end to end between your device and the server.
- Storage at rest: preferences are held in the app's private sandbox, which Android and iOS isolate from other apps and other users of the device, and which the operating system encrypts on devices secured with a passcode.
- Data minimisation: the app is designed not to collect personal data in the first place. Data that is never collected cannot be breached.
- No transmission off device: we run no user database, upload no usage data and synchronise nothing to the cloud.
- No sale or trade: we do not sell, rent or trade user data to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Dependency maintenance: third-party libraries such as Google Mobile Ads are kept on supported releases so that security fixes are applied.
Known limitation: a number of radio streams are published by the stations themselves over unencrypted HTTP, which is outside our control. Those connections carry only a request for the audio stream and contain no personal data.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed, but we are committed to applying appropriate, industry-standard safeguards.
6. Retention and deletion
Because all data is local, you control it entirely.
- Android: Settings > Apps > Thai Radio Online > Storage > Clear data
- iOS: delete the app and the system removes its data automatically
Uninstalling erases everything the app stored, with no copy retained anywhere. For data held by Google for advertising, use the Google tools linked in section 3, or contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children's privacy
The app is intended for a general audience, is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents who believe their child has provided personal data may contact us for removal.
8. Third-party content
The app is only a player that connects to each station's public broadcast stream. We do not own, produce or host that audio. Station owners who want their station removed from the list may email us and we will do so.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date, and material changes are noted in the app's release notes.
