Values in Action (VIA) participation in my school allows me to learn that small actions can make big impacts. The cooperative work with my school mates also allows me to respect other ideas, be a team player as well as showing my leadership in the process.

Maintenance of our school garden

Environment plays a great part in the student's well-being in school. We saw that our teachers worked very hard to maintain the school's garden and decided that we should also play our part in helping to make the school a better place for the students. My team and I took care of the garden for weeks, giving our teachers a break. Seeing our efforts appreciate by the students and staff of the school, all the hard work are worth it.

Charity run for rice for a charity

The run for rice charity event allows me to give back to the community. The longer the distance I run; the more rice would be donated. With this in mind, I strive my best to run as far as I could! It was a very fulfilling moment when the donated amount was announced.
