At Thaddeus Impact Group, the tiger is more than a symbol—it’s a spiritual blueprint. In many cultures, the tiger represents fierce grace, instinctual wisdom, and the power to transform. Much like the path that led to TIG’s founding, the tiger embodies the alchemy of reclaiming one’s strength from struggle. It moves with precision, never in haste, reminding us that real impact doesn’t require force—it requires presence.
The tiger is a solitary guardian, ruling its terrain with quiet authority. So too does TIG approach community redevelopment—not through dominance, but through dignity. We protect the spirit of place. We restore what was overlooked. We turn misfortune into meaning. Just as the tiger clears a path through the jungle, we clear space for what’s possible—designing futures with soul, structure, and unshakable purpose.
Lola is the visionary CEO and founder of Thaddeus Impact Group, a boutique redevelopment and design firm built on the principle that misfortune can be transmuted into meaningful value—for individuals, for neighborhoods, and for the land itself. With over two decades of leadership across wellness, marketing, and community building, Lola brings a rare combination of soulful insight and sharp strategy to every project. Equal parts design alchemist and systems thinker, she leads TIG with a deep respect for place, legacy, and partnership—transforming distressed properties into dignified, income-generating assets that uplift everyone they touch. Her work weaves aesthetics, function, and purpose into custom-built solutions guided by faith, resourcefulness, and results.
Thaddeus Impact Group was born from the name of my father—and the fire of my own transformation.
Thaddeus was his middle name. From him, I inherited a love of clean lines and clever design, of executional excellence, sharp intelligence, and the unwavering belief that no matter the hand you’re dealt, you can rise. He passed in 2014, but his voice—equal parts demanding and visionary—still echoes in my decisions. We didn’t always have peace. As a teen, I rebelled against his high standards. I carried shame for years, believing I was a lost cause.
And in many ways, I was.
For a long time, I wandered. I poured myself into toxic relationships, flirted with danger, numbed out with substances, and misused the beauty of my own mind, body, and spirit. I mishandled money, sabotaged my potential, and stayed stuck in a story that wasn’t mine to live.
But God wasn’t done with me.
Through the anchoring practices of yoga, the grace of faith, and a relentless commitment to growth, I found my way back. I discovered my gifts. I found purpose. And I realized that the same alchemy that healed me—turning pain into power, confusion into clarity, chaos into contribution—could also heal spaces, neighborhoods, and communities.
Thaddeus Impact Group is more than a boutique redevelopment firm. It is the physical embodiment of transformation. It is proof that nothing—and no one—is a lost cause. That beauty, dignity, and value can be restored. That we can rebuild what was broken. Not just buildings, but lives. Not just properties, but purpose.
I believe my father would be proud.
And I believe the world is ready for this kind of impact.
