We specialize in creative finance deals, compassionate renovation, and community reinvestment—offering dignity, resilience, and style with every project.

We believe housing is sacred. Our mission is to create lasting value through real estate projects that combine purpose, profit, and community impact.

Our nonprofit arm reinvests a portion of rental income into grassroots development—parks, lighting, childcare, and healing infrastructure.

TIG is currently exploring public-private opportunities, including the City of Tampa's American Rescue Plan Program. 

Our Proof of Concept is 4731 W Anita Blvd., our founder's hurricane-impacted home that is currently undergoing a complete restoration and rebuild on a shoestring budget. 

Our founder's experience managing a tight budget, creatively sourcing materials, repurposing and revisioning space, while being inspired by the many people and agencies that helped her directly inspired the creation of TIG.
