Cindy is a senior from Texas and the co-founder of the Transparency in Healthcare Association (THA). Actively involved in student council, debate, Model UN, and Operation Smile, she is passionate about youth empowerment, community building, and leading with compassion. Through THA, she aims to make healthcare more transparent and accessible for all.
Hi! I’m Elisa Feng, a rising senior at St. Agnes Academy. I’m a student passionately involved in the STEM field through conducting research on developing sustainable menstrual pad materials, interning under healthcare and environmental nonprofits, while volunteering at science museums. In my free time, I enjoy going on long runs or trying out delicious cuisine.
Lucia Chang is a senior at Stephen F. Austin High School and a dedicated Marketing Associate for Transparency in Healthcare. Through her role, she's passionate about using effective communication to shed light on healthcare practices, aiming to make information more clear and readily available. She strives to contribute to a healthcare system that is truly transparent and accessible for all.
Inara is a high school senior from Texas and the current Financial Director of the Transparency in Healthcare Association. She is driven by a passion for combining financial literacy with meaningful social impact, especially in areas where access to clear healthcare information is limited. Inara hopes to encourage more students to engage with the complexities of the healthcare system and advocate for greater accountability.
Kathleen is a senior from Texas and the Marketing Director of the Transparency in Healthcare Association (THA). She is passionate about community impact and through THA, she aims to make an impact throughout Houston and make healthcare more transparent for all
Eunice Lee is a junior in Houston, Texas, who is the current Blog Writer of THA. Through her love of writing and research, she has discovered that this organization provides a way she can share her interest in the medical field through one of her passions. She is excited to create new blogs that can inform others on important topics in healthcare. She hopes that THA creates a large impact in educating others and allows others to have a voice in the inequity of the system.
Rosemina Nathani is a rising senior at Dulles High School and the website manager for THA! She has a strong passion for healthcare and service. She actively participates in science related clubs and dedicates significant time to volunteering in her community. Whether assisting at wellness clinics or leading health education efforts, Rosemina is committed to making healthcare more accessible and transparent.
Rinelle is a Senior in Texas and on the Executive Board for Transparency in Healthcare Association (THA). She also actively volunteers with Houston Methodist and Project CURE, while also orchestrating service projects through leadership on Campus Ministry Team and Asian Culture Club. These experiences have fueled her passion for public health and medicine, inspiring her to pursue a career where she can bridge clinical care and community advocacy to make healthcare more equitable and accessible for all.
