The TGMD-3 was developed by Dr. Dale Ulrich (University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI), with the assistance of Dr. Kip Webster (University of Tennesse, Knoxville, TN).

Dr. Ulrich is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, MI) and Director of the Center for Physical Activity and Health in Pediatric Disabilities lab.
