You can place your order through our online web form. We require at least two weeks prior to HOCO date for your order. 

At least a 50% retainer is required to secure your order. This payment is applied toward your total and is non-refundable, as materials are ordered and time is reserved specifically for your order.  You will be contacted once this form has been reviewed and payment options provided. The total remaining balance is due one week before pickup. Changes to your order are accepted up to 72 hrs after payment/deposit is received.

Each HOCO creation is custom-made. Once the retainer is received, I begin working on the design, braids, etc. therefore it is non-refundable to cover start up costs and materials. Should you need to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible.

Mums and Garters will be available to pick up starting the Wednesday, after 4pm, before your HOCO date, at the latest. If you have special circumstances and need earlier, please discuss with me.  

It depends.  For most, buying everything that they want in a mum or garter will cost over what our standard offering includes not to mention the amount of time spent sourcing all of the materials and then putting it all together. We buy through wholesale vendors and support small businesses as much as possible.

We sure do, if you are purchasing two or more garters or mums we will give you a 10% discount on the total order if placed simultaneously.

No Photos Please –  If you are nervous or VERY VERY particular about your order it’s best to call us and request a time with the owner to talk about your mum before ordering.  We can do this via phone or TEAMS. We will work with you on your mum order until you’re happy that we understand your vision. But please do not ask us to send you photos of your product in process. This takes a lot of time for the amount of orders we handle. It sounds simple to snap a photo and send it to your phone, but this can lead to an hour long text session about what is being done. And in process pictures do not do the final product justice. Like most things that are special ordered, it's better to trust the company you hire.

Any orders placed week of HOCO date will include a rush fee. Rush fee may increase depending on the HOCO item selected. 

We are located in Missouri City, Texas.

At this time TGH MUMS does not offer shipping, however, we have an extensive network of mum makers we can refer you to that may be closer to your area.
