Professional machine binding services are available for quilts quilted by T&G Apparel Designs. All binding services use customer-provided fabric and are priced per linear inch. Explore the binding options below to determine which finish is best for your quilt.
Binding Service Options
Level 1 – Attach Only (One Side)
$0.08 per linear inch
Customer-provided binding is attached to either the front or back of the quilt.
Level 2 – Make & Attach (One Side)
$0.15 per linear inch
Binding is made using customer-provided fabric and attached to either the front or back of the quilt.
Level 3 – Attach Both Sides (Customer Binding)
$0.20 per linear inch
Customer-provided binding is attached to both the front and back of the quilt for a fully machine-finished binding.
Level 4 – Full-Service Binding (Fully Finished)
$0.25 per linear inch
Binding is made using customer-provided fabric and attached to both the front and back of the quilt for a fully machine-finished binding.
Binding Information
Standard binding is cut at 2¼ inches
Customer-provided fabric is required
Bias binding is not offered
Binding is machine attached and machine finished
Minky, Cuddle, fleece, and other stretch fabrics are not accepted for binding services
If insufficient binding fabric is provided, completion of your quilt may be delayed until additional fabric is received

Flange Binding
A beautiful two-tone binding created using two coordinating fabrics. The decorative flange accent adds contrast and visual interest to the finished quilt. The sample shown was constructed as a 2¾" binding, but finished binding widths can be customized. Please inquire for pricing and availability.
2 1/4" Binding
A classic quilt binding finished at 2¼". This narrower binding creates a clean, traditional finish and works well with a wide variety of quilt styles.
2 1/2" Binding
A classic quilt binding finished at 2½". The slightly wider binding creates a more substantial frame around the quilt and can help showcase decorative or bold binding fabrics. Striped fabrics are especially popular for this binding width and can create a beautiful accent around the quilt.
