The document below contains links going directly to school's T&F websites that have published recruiting standards. These are documents produced by current or recent coaching staffs at the school, that they use as a guide in their recruiting process. The below document also tries to put programs into categories of Divisional standards to give prospects an idea of the differences between general recruiting "tiers" of college programs.
This is not a definitive list. If schools are not linked, then they are placed in that tier based on the authors estimation of their tier using TFRRS.org and historical knowledge of the program. It should also be noted that different schools have different levels of recruiting standards across event groups on their team; for instance, Distance schools like NAU, NC State, OK State or Wake Forest might have higher relative roster standards for their mid-D and Distance events versus their speed & power events.
Obviously not every DI & DII school is represented above. Although every school has their own specific and different roster standard, not all publish them on their websites. The best way to find out a team's roster standards is to email the coaching staff directly and ask them "what are your recruiting standards in my events?"
Beware of third-party websites that estimate recruiting standards. They can be quite far off of the program's actual standards. The non-linked schools above are merely estimations of a general tiers, not of specific standards. It is the estimation of the author that the non-linked schools are in a similar standards "range" as the linked schools in that tier. After finding an actual program published document or having the actual program reply with standards in an email, the next best place to find general standards is to research a team on TFRRS.org. The team's "All Performances" page and Conference Championship meet results will have the info you need. See TFRRS link below.
