Network issues

App stuck on "Connecting to <server>..."

The server you're connecting to may be offline, unavailable or blocked by your ISP. Please check your internet connection or try connecting later.

"Connecting to <server>..." or welcome popup keeps flashing

Your app may be outdated. Please update the app. If no new version is available, try connecting later.

"Your internet connection is too unstable", "Network paused", or "Lerping disabled" messages appear

Your Internet connection may be too unstable or slow to properly play. If playing over a Wi-Fi connection, try moving closer to the router. Alternatively, the server may be overloaded, so rejoin once the server has less players.

Chat messages are not sent

Restart the app, or try again later.

App issues

App crashes or exits immediately upon opening

This error may be due to your phone version being too old or because your antivirus software (Play Protect) does not allow you to use it. For this error, try allowing installation of unknown apps and reinstalling the app!
