首屆智慧鐵道產業人才學院於2020年成立,成員包括產、官、學、研領域,推動產學合作、技術交流與認證制度等,培育新一代鐵道人才,獲得正面迴響。如今第2屆再添生力軍後,共有5家軌道業者與6所大專校院參與,今簽署合作意向書,盼壯大智慧鐵道國家隊。
智慧鐵道產業人才學院原由台北科技大學、元智大學、開南大學、台北捷運公司、桃園捷運公司、台鐵局與台灣車輛公司組成,今再加入台北大學、台灣科技大學、中國文化大學與新北捷運公司,成員總計有6所大專校院與5家軌道業者。
北科大校長、智慧鐵道產業人才學院召集人王錫福指出,台灣鐵道創新發展一直是政府施政重點,過去沒有相關系所或學程,業者鮮少與學校合作,近年受少子化影響、鐵道事業生態愈趨龐大,因此對專業人才需求也增加。他說,智慧鐵道有無限商機,首屆學院透過公司與學校整合資源,吸引年輕人加入,接軌國際先進技術,期盼生力軍的加入,能合力讓智慧鐵道研究茁壯。
智慧鐵道產業人才學院的實驗與實習場域,持續擴建XR擴增實境、HO縮尺軌道模型、巡檢機車/軌道環境模擬等;另學院開設的微學程在110學年有近400人修讀、111學年更招收15名智慧鐵道碩士生,由跨領域教師指導、系統化培育。
研究方面,學院預計今年度提出「鐵道專業人才培育研究報告書」,並逐步訂定智慧鐵道系統資安規範草案;國產自主化部分,學院也承接「輕軌車輛集電弓系統自主技術提升計畫」,盼讓台灣鐵道業創新發展更上層樓。
「產官學愈來愈重視鐵道技術工作!」交通部政務次長胡湘麟提到,希望第2屆學院簽署後,能帶給產業正面幫助,甚至持續發展第3與第4屆,最終目標是成立台灣鐵道國家隊,讓大眾對鐵道產業有不一樣的看法。
桃園市副市長李憲明也說,台灣長期以軌道運輸作大方向解決交通問題,期透過簽約儀式,讓產、官、學成為三位一體,使台灣軌道業向上發展、人才培育源源不絕,帶來良性循環。
