TFL program offers a scholarship award for students from CLMV countries (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam). Apart from increasing cultural diversity in the program, the aim of this scholarship is to provide students from CLMV countries which is the strategic area for Thai language users an opportunity to get quality education. The coverage of the scholarship is four years and one round travel allowance. The program hopes that this scholarship will be beneficial for students who are interested in studying Thai while having economic difficulties.
Be a citizen of Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, or Vietnam
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent to Thai GED (General Educational Development) with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Not bonded, holding any other scholarship, or receiving assistance from any organization
Can read, write, speak and understand basic Thai
