We synthesize highly pure bulk materials with electric furnaces with four slots that are ready to anneal your test samples. We are equipped with the oxygen-hydrogen torch in order to seal the samples in the evacuated silica tube. With protective goggles and gloves, students can afford to synthesize air-sensitive materials with safety.
With an E-Beam/thermal evaporator, we synthesize thin film materials. Accelerated electron beam or resistive heater melts our synthesized samples under an ultra-high vacuum condition, then the materials are evaporated and condensed as a thin-film form on a substrate. It will enable our newly developed materials to meet their own application area.
We synthesize highly pure bulk materials that have high melting temperatures with an arc furnace with five slots that will completely melt your test samples.
