NFC identifier: unique ID read from the employee’s NFC card used only to record clock‑in/clock‑out events.
Timestamp: date and time of each clock‑in/clock‑out event.
Device metadata (optional): basic device model and OS version only when necessary for troubleshooting.
Support contact info: email or details you provide when contacting support.
We use collected data to:
Record, display and export attendance records (core functionality).
Troubleshoot and improve the App when issues are reported.
Respond to user support requests.
Data is stored on: Microsoft Azure. If third‑party providers are used, their privacy policies also apply. By using the App, you acknowledge that Azure services may process and store data in accordance with Microsoft's terms.
We do not sell personal data to advertisers. We may share data with authorized administrators within your organization for payroll and attendance purposes if configured.
Time entries are retained according to your organization’s policy or until deletion is requested. To request removal, contact us (see below).
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data (for example, encryption in transit where supported and access controls). No system is fully secure, but we strive to minimize risks.
The App requires NFC permission (android.permission.NFC) to read card identifiers. NFC data is used solely for attendance events. The App does not request SMS, contacts, microphone, camera, or call log permissions.
