My daughter has been using textnow for a few weeks now. Her text to me or my wife is almost always late. Sometimes by few mins and sometimes even by hours. Surprisingly, if she goes to a neighbor's home on same street. She is unable to call me, and when I call, she is not reachable. Is that normal with this service. I was expecting some hiccups, but this is becoming normal. I hope some rep here can fix it.
Most likely....you can contact the moderators and confirm with them the procedure as it sounds like you will need their assistance to port your number in anyhow.
