З першого дня війни, яку 24 лютого 2022 року розпочала рф проти України, магазини Леруа Мерлен в Україні зачинили свої двері для клієнтів та почали працювати виключно на запити волонтерів, ЗСУ та ТрО, видаючи на безкоштовній основі найнеобхідніший товар для укріплень позицій військових, облаштування блок-постів, бомбосховищ та інших об'єктів для захисту від агресивних дій російських окупантів та ДРГ.

В той самий час співробітники Леруа Мерлен Україна були повідомлені про рішення АDEO Group продовжувати свою діяльність в Російській Федерації (Леруа Мерлен рф).

Леруа Мерлен рф входить в десятку найбільших платників податків рф.

Кожен день роботи цього підприємства, кожен рубль, сплачений в державний бюджет країни-агресора у вигляді податків, допомагає озброювати армію загарбників та знищувати ще більше українців, серед яких діти і вагітні жінки, деякі з яких ще досі знаходяться на окупованих територіях, де вже сьогодні настала гуманітарна криза.

Окрім того, слід зазначити, що АDEO Group (материнська компанія Леруа Мерлен) входить до складу Association Familiale Mulliez (AFM) – холдингової компанії сім'ї Мульє, однієї з найбагатших сімейних бізнес-імперій Франції. У власності AFM серед інших знаходиться такі компанії, як Ашан і Декатлон, які також продовжують комерційну активність в рф. Якщо скласти податки сплачені від цих трьох компаній у рф, ця корпорація матиме ще більш вагомий вклад в структурі сплачених податків до бюджету країни-агресора.

Позиція ADEO Group про солідарність зі своїми співробітниками, зокрема з російськими працівниками, не витримує жодної критики, оскільки така значна підтримка економіки країни-вбивці – це ні що інше як колаборація у злочині проти 42 мільйонів українців.

Не дивлячись на загострення воєнних дій зі сторони рф та, як наслідок, нестримне збільшення смертей українців від авіа та ракетних ударів, планується розширення асортименту та робочих місць Леруа Мерлен рф задля підтримання економіки країни-терориста та продовження ведення агресивної війни.

Це неприпустимо!

Dès le premier jour de la guerre déclenchée par la russie contre l'Ukraine, les magasins Leroy Merlin Ukraine ont fermé leurs portes à leurs clients et leurs employés ont commencé à travailler à titre gratuit, exclusivement avec des volontaires, l'armée ukrainienne et la défense territoriale, pour renforcer les positions des militaires, mettre en place des points de contrôle, des abris anti-bombes et d'autres installations pour se protéger contre les actions agressives des occupants russes et des saboteurs.

Au même moment, les collaborateurs de Leroy Merlin Ukraine ont été informés de la décision du groupe ADEO de continuer son activité en russie (il s'agit de Leroy Merlin russie).

Leroy Merlin russie compte parmi les dix plus gros contribuables de russie.

Chaque jour de travail de cette entreprise, chaque rouble apporté au budget de l'état-agresseur sous la forme d'impôts, aide à financer l’armée et à détruire encore plus de vies ukrainiennes, parmi lesquelles celles d'enfants, de femmes enceintes, de personnes en territoire occupé qui se trouvant dans une situation de crise humanitaire.

Il faut souligner que le Groupe ADEO (maison mère de Leroy Merlin) fait partie de l'Association Familiale Mulliez (AFM), entreprise multinationale de la famille Mulliez, l'un des plus riches empires commerciaux familiaux de France. AFM comprend aussi des sociétés telles qu'Auchan et Decathlon, qui continuent également leur activité en russie. Si l'on additionne les impôts payés par ces trois sociétés en Russie, cette multinationale monte encore plus haut parmi les contribuables au budget du pays agresseur.

La position du groupe ADEO concernant la solidarité avec ses collaborateurs, notamment russes, ne ne peut supporter la comparaison avec le fait qu'un soutien aussi important à l'économie du pays-tueur n'est rien d'autre qu'une collaboration à un crime contre 42 millions d'Ukrainiens.

Malgré l'escalade des hostilités de la part de la russie et, par conséquent, l'augmentation incontrôlable des décès d'Ukrainiens dus aux frappes aériennes et aux missiles, il est prévu d'élargir la gamme et les emplois de Leroy Merlin russie pour soutenir l'économie terroriste et continuer cette guerre agressive.

C'est inadmissible !

Nous voulons que nos revendications soient entendues, comprises et traitées de manière adéquate tant au niveau des dirigeants du Groupe Adeo qu'au niveau de l'Association Familiale le Mulliez (AFM).

Prouvez au monde entier que les valeurs universelles : préservation de la vie humaine, décence, honnêteté, dignité et empathie, sont supérieures à la performance, aux résultats financiers, au chiffre d'affaires et à l'argent !

From the first day of war that Russia launched against Ukraine on the 24-th of February 2022, Leroy Merlin stores in Ukraine closed their doors to customers and started the only activity of processing the requests from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Troops of territory defense and volunteers, providing free of charge equipment and strategic goods for organization and fortification of block-posts, bomb shelters and other facilities for protection against aggressive actions of the russian occupiers and sabotage groups.

At the same time Leroy Merlin employees in Ukraine were informed on the decision of the ADEO Group to continue commercial activities in russian federation (Leroy Merlin russia).

Leroy Merlin russia is one of the top-10 largest taxpayers to the russian state budget.

Each working day of Leroy Merlin russia, each ruble paid to the state budget of russia in the form of taxes, helps aggressor to supply its army and kill even more Ukrainian people, among which pregnant women and kids, some of them are still located on occupied territories under humanitarian crisis.

In addition, it should be noted that the ADEO Group (parent company of Leroy Merlin) is the part of Association Familiale Mulliez (AFM) – holding company of Mulliez family, one of the richest family business empires in France. Among others AFM owns such companies as Auchan and Decathlon, that also continue their commercial activities in russia. Summing up all the taxes paid by these three companies in russia, the corporation will have an even greater financial contribution to the country-aggressor's state budget.

ADEO Group's position about solidarity with all employees, including russian employees, does not withstand any criticism, because such significant financial support of the country-murderer is nothing but support of the crime against 42 million Ukrainians.

Despite the escalation of hostilities from the side of russia and, as a result, the uncontrollable increase in deaths of Ukrainians from air and missile strikes, it is planned to expand product range and job positions in Leroy Merlin russia, thus even more support of the terrorist-economy to continue aggressive warfare.

This is unacceptable!

– WE ALL strongly urge to stop business in russia, which in turn will deprive the aggressor's opportunity to finance hostilities and mass murder in Ukraine.

We to be heard, understood and responded from the level of Adeo Group leaders and the Association Familiale Mulliez (AFM) both.
