This font converter can change each word so that the first half of the word is in bold. It also changes the font to Arial which is a sans-serif font. This takes away a few more extra bits that aren't needed while reading. For those with ADD or ADHD, this allows you to scan the first bold letters and your brain automatically completes the words. Happy reading!
This converter can also change the font to Lexend Mega. "Mega" is the middle ground sub-font of Lexend. The Lexend font family widens out the letters and words, which has been shown to make reading easier for people with dyslexia.

I'll be updating this site as I figure out how to code things in. So stay tuned!
***Please note***
Some people with ADD/ADHD may find this to be a bit too much because the switch between bold and regular text can give them anxiety. If this tool isn't for you, please pass it on to someone who might find it useful!
*If you are pasting in multiple paragraphs, the output (for some reason I've yet to figure out) does not format the first word of the paragraphs after the first.
