This Privacy Policy explains how the Text Counter - Offline mobile application (the “App”), provided by MLTD COMPANY (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles information. We built Text Counter - Offline to be simple and privacy-friendly: we do not collect, sell, or share your personal information.

1. Information We Do Not Collect The App does not require an account or sign-up, and we do not collect: • Your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details; • Your location data; • Your contacts, photos, files, microphone, or camera data; • Any text, characters, or words you type or paste into the App; • Advertising identifiers or device identifiers; • Analytics, usage tracking, or crash-report data.

2. Information Stored on Your Device To remember your display preferences, the App saves only a single setting locally on your device: your chosen theme (Light or Dark mode). This data contains no personal information and is never sent to us or to any external server.

3. Permissions The App does not request any special device permissions, such as access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage.

4. Clipboard and Sharing Features • Clipboard: The App accesses your clipboard only when you explicitly tap the "Copy" button. It does not read your clipboard in the background. • Sharing: If you tap "Share App", the App opens your device’s standard share menu with a link to the App and a short message. What you share, and with whom, is entirely your choice. We do not receive or track this information.

5. Third-Party Services The App does not include advertising networks, analytics tools, or other third-party data-collecting services. If you download the App from Google Play, Google’s own Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Play Store.

6. Children’s Privacy We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the App does not collect personal data, no personal information from children is gathered or stored by us. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

7. Data Security and Retention Your local preferences stay on your own device and are protected by your device’s security. We keep no copy of your preferences or processed text. Theme settings remain on your device until you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App.

8. Your Rights Since we do not collect or hold your personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. You have full control of the data on your device as described in Section 2.

9. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example, if new features are added. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Please review it occasionally.
