TECHNICAL EVENTS
IDEA PRESENTATION
DESCRIPTION:
Participants will be presenting their topics on any innovative idea from their domain. There will be two rounds. Maximum 4 participants will be allowed per team
ROUND-1:
● Participants should Submit Your IDEA Overview/Abstract to the corresponded mail or WhatsApp group link given below IDEA PRESENTATION -TEXPO 2K24.
● Abstract should not exceed one page. It should contain
TITLE,SHORT BRIEF ABOUT THE IDEA.
ROUND-2:
● Participants should prepare PPT for presenting your IDEA.
● PPT should not exceed 7 slides,
● Each presentation should be 4-5 mins.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Result will be announced once all the presentations are done. Judges decision will be final and will not be subjected to any change.
Any discrepancy leads to disqualification of the participant.

SCIENCE EXPO
Description:
❖One round will be conducted.
❖Contestants can decide their own topic (open topic).
❖Contestants must bring their ideas as model or animated video of their model.
❖Contestants present their model in front of jury members.
❖A maximum of ten minutes will be given for each team to present their model.
MARKS WILL BE BASED ON:
❖Presentation of the idea
❖Innovation and creativity
❖Involvement of team members
RULES:
❖Each team can have a maximum of 3 members.
❖No extra time will be given.
❖Bring laptop (or pendrive) if your project is software based or an animated video.
TECHNICAL QUIZ
DESCRIPTION:
A brain twister is a form of puzzle that requires thought to solve. It often requires thinking in unconventional ways with given constraints in mind; sometimes it also involves lateral thinking. Logic puzzles and riddles are specific types of brain teasers.
It is a duo event and there will be two rounds.
Team members : max 2
ROUND 1:
This round will be based on general knowledge question, puzzles and riddles
Selected teams will be permitted to participate in second round
ROUND 2:
This round is fully based on commonsense along with power of thinking . Answer the questions ASAP!
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Participants should be on time, delay in presence of participants will not be allowed.
Loyalty is must. Any electrical device and usage of mobile phones are strictly prohibited.
If any participant misbehaves or breaks the rules then they will be disqualified.
JUST A MINUTE (JAM)
DESCRIPTION:
Jam is an speech which a person prepares on the spot without any prior preparation.
❖ There will be two rounds.
❖ Each participant will be given 5 minutes to speak on a topic picked up by him /her.
❖ Bunch of the topics will be given to select any one randomly.
❖ He/she will be given 2 minutes to think over the topic.
Marks will be based on:
• Judges will be looking for clarity of thought, logical organisation, sincerity and the effective use of plain English.
• In the case of a tie, the winner will be decided by the panel of judges by mutual discussion.
• Participants will be judged on the following criteria.

The important rules to be followed are
➢ Maximum time limit to think over the topic will be 2 minutes and the maximum time for speech will be 5 minutes.
➢ The participant will be allowed to select the topic once only.
➢ Participants will not be allowed to take any paper or material with him or her during the speech.
➢ In case of second round the participants who got selected in the first round will be participate in it.
NON-TECHNICAL EVENTS
DEBATE
DESCRIPTION:
• It’s a SOLO event. Squads will be divided on the event day.
• Prizes will be given based upon their performance irrespective of their squads.
• Topics will be given before the day.
• Participants are asked to be professional through out the event.
Marks will be based on:
• Content relatability
• Content Delivery
• Communication skills
• Body Language
PHOTOGRAPHY
DESCRIPTION:
Capturing the moment is a beautiful memories of life and it makes you happy. Participants should take a
photos in mobile or dslr camera. Participants should take a photos inside the campus within a given time.
The activity will consist of Two Rounds,
1. First Round:
Topics will be given on the spot. take photos related to the choosen topic
2. Second Round:
In this round your pictures will be based on the moral and the points will be allocated.
RULES AND REGUALTION:
✧ Don’t take a photos from internet.
✧ There is no extra time will be given.
✧ If any cheating tricks are done by the participants and they will be disqualified.
✧ Late entrants should not be allowed.

THUNDER BEATS
DESCRIPTION:
Thunder Beats (Music Hunt) is a musical activity or game where participants are tasked with finding and
identifying different types of music from various genres and cultures. The goal of the activity is to expose
players to new and exciting music while also challenging their knowledge of different musical styles.
The activity will consist of Three Rounds,
Round 1:
This Round will be based on the soundtrack of the song, the participant have to find the
song by recognizing the soundtrack played by our team
Round 2:
In this round our team will play a song of random choice, after few seconds of
playing the song the team will stop the song. The participant has to continue the lyrics of the
song played.
Round 3:
This round will be like the TV show Connection where the participants will give a set of
images with some connection between them, the participants have to recognize the clues and find
the song.

Round :
The person who enters the room will be given certain tasks.The person need to complete the given
tasks.Upon completing the tasks person will receive part of key .By collecting all the keys will lead to find
the way out of the room.
Points will be given based on completing time.
