Welcome to TeX Money, a mobile application designed to help you manage your finances with ease. Your privacy is important to us, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

Username: We ask for a username when you first use the app. This is used solely for authentication purposes and to secure your account. You can edit your username within the app, and it will be removed if you log out or delete the app.
b. Biometric Data
Biometric Authentication: If you enable biometric authentication, such as Face ID or Touch ID, we use this data solely to allow you to securely access your account. We do not store or share your biometric data; it is managed by your device's operating system.
c. Financial Data
Income and Expense Data: All financial data, including your income, expenses, and net balance, is stored locally on your device using Core Data. This data is not shared with us or any third parties.
Authentication: Your username is used to authenticate your identity when you log in to the app.
Data Management: Core Data is used to store and manage your financial data locally on your device.
Personalization: We use your data to provide personalized financial insights, including visualizations of your income and expenses.
Theme Settings: We store your preference for dark mode or system theme to enhance your user experience.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. The app uses industry-standard encryption to secure your data, and biometric authentication provides an additional layer of security.
Your data is stored locally on your device and is retained as long as you use the app. If you delete the app or log out, your username and data will be removed from your device. We do not retain any of your data on our servers.
TeX Money does not share your data with third-party services. All data processing is done locally on your device.
You have full control over your data within the app:
Edit or Delete Username: You can edit or delete your username at any time.
Edit or Delete Financial Data: You can edit or delete your financial data at any time.
Biometric Settings: You can enable or disable biometric authentication through the app’s settings.
Theme Settings: You can switch between dark mode and system theme as you prefer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any significant changes, we will notify you through the app or via other appropriate means.
