• Please note that the entire hotel is sold out except for our room block! (It is the weekend of national cheer competitions here in the Dallas area.)

• You must book via our link on the Doubletree website.

• Every room in our block will sleep four people - a king bed plus a queen bed pull-out sofa.

• The only difference is whether the room is on floors 2-9 or 10-12.

• If you are rooming with someone, please only have one of you register and list all roommate names on your hotel reservation. You can still share the hotel bill at the end of the event.
