Coach Eric Morvan strives to strike a balance between competition and player development. While winning is important, the focus remains on long-term player growth, skill acquisition, and creating a positive learning environment. I encourage players to challenge themselves, set goals, and learn from both successes and setbacks.

I was born and raised in East Texas. I'm on the Dixie Gladewater / Union Grove Dixie baseball board. I am also the VP of Union Grove Youth sports association. I am married and have two boys. I believe that youth baseball should be a fun and enjoyable experience for every player. I aim to create a positive and supportive environment where players can develop a love for the game, foster lifelong memories, and build a passion for continued participation.
