Texas Government Code § 406.024 sets out the standard fees a notary public may charge for notary public services. All services provided by TNAS will incur a travel charge separate from Texas notary fees.

Texas Notary & Apostille Solutions uses a flat rate mileage structure and calculates distance from 78023 ZIP code.
