EFA has biweekly general meetings on Mondays.

We bring in guest speakers for a variety of topics regarding equity and inclusion in schools, ranging from psychology to curriculum practices.

We bond through socials & meeting activities.

We host fundraisers every semester.

We conduct professional development by having roundtables with alumni working in the classroom.

We celebrate the end of each school year with a banquet, honoring our graduating seniors and awarding new officers and members.
