Customers provide written consent by initialing the SMS disclosure in our Retail Installment Sales Contract at point of sale. The consent language reads: "By initialing below, I consent to receive automated text messages from Texas Auto Mart at the mobile number provided. Messages may include payment reminders, account notifications, insurance lapse warnings, and customer care communications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance."
Prospective customers may also opt in by completing a written customer intake form at our dealership containing the same disclosure, or by texting START to (830) 222-8088. No verbal-only opt-ins are accepted.
